The Department of Environmental Studies at San José State University invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions. Successful applicants will have a doctorate in an appropriate field inImage result for san jose state universityenvironmental studies focused on the science and/or policy of climate change, biodiversity/conservation, environmental economics, sustainable energy resources, sustainable water resources, or sustainable agriculture.  A wide range of relevant backgrounds will be considered.  Applicants must have a strong background in quantitative or qualitative research methods and should have applied their training to environmental problem-solving and sustainability issues.  International experience and outlook is an asset.
