Rice English Symposium on The Environmental Humanities, Sept. 13-14 2013

This year’s Rice English symposium focuses on the nonhuman and ecological turns in the humanities. Rice graduate students Rodrigo Paula and Larry Butz have organized an excellent schedule, with Clair Colebrook (Penn State) and Timothy Morton (Rice) as keynote speakers. Conference presenters will travel to Rice from across North America, and there are many presenters from Rice, UT Austin, and Texas Tech as well.
